To fix issues with clicking and dragging, I replaced the normal VoodooSMBus with the version included with VoodooRMI.

Remove the note saying to disable Thunderbolt, it actually causes no issues. Fixed poor formatting in the credits and added credit to someone else because their EFI helped me fix issues with my own

Update Lilu to 1.6.7, AppleALC to 1.8.4, WhateverGreen to 1.6.6, NVMeFix to 1.1.1, BlueToolFixup to 2.6.8, and OpenCore to 0.9.4. Removed bluetoothInternalControllerInfo and bluetoothExternalDongleFailed from config.plist since they are no longer needed with BlueToolFixup 2.6.8.
